By accessing or purchasing services from ALADHEED CANTER LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

ALADHEED CANTER LLC provides administrative consulting services including document clearing, legal administrative support, and corporate consulting for US and cross-border transactions. We do not provide legal advice or representation.

3. Eligibility

Services are available to business entities and individuals aged 18 or older with legal capacity to enter binding agreements. By engaging our services, you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. Payment Obligations

All fees are due at the time of service engagement unless otherwise stated in writing. Payments are processed via Stripe. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your jurisdiction.

5. Scope Limitations

Terms of Service

Each engagement is scoped to the specific filing or transaction described at purchase. Work outside that scope requires a separate written agreement and fee confirmation before commencement.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely documentation. ALADHEED CANTER LLC is not liable for delays or rejections caused by incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from service delivery or regulatory outcomes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in Wyoming courts or via binding arbitration under Wyoming statutes.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services following a published update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We collect name, email address, phone number, company name, and transaction details necessary to deliver the service engaged. Payment card data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our systems.

2. How We Use Your Data

Data is used solely to fulfill the service scope agreed at engagement, communicate status updates, and meet filing or regulatory requirements. We do not use client data for marketing without explicit written consent.

3. Data Sharing

No client data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties beyond what is required for service delivery—such as government filing portals or payment processors operating under equivalent data protections.

4. Data Retention

Transaction and engagement records are retained for a minimum of seven years to comply with US federal and Wyoming state recordkeeping requirements. You may request a copy of your data at any time.

If you are located outside the United States, your data is transferred to and processed in the US under the lawful basis of contractual necessity. We apply appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable international data regulations.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available within 7 calendar days of payment if no substantive work has commenced on your engagement. Once document review or filing preparation has begun, the fee is non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Fees are non-refundable where: (a) work has commenced; (b) a filing has been submitted to a government body; (c) the client has provided incomplete or inaccurate information causing a rejection; or (d) the client has changed the scope after commencement.

3. Subscription Services

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.

4. How to Request a Refund

Refund Policy

Submit a written refund request to support@aladheed.online with your transaction ID and a brief description of the reason. We will respond within 3 business days with an eligibility determination.

5. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The credit appears on your original payment method. Stripe processing timelines may vary by issuing bank.

6. Disputed Charges

If you believe a charge is in error, contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unresolved disputes are handled through Stripe's dispute resolution process under applicable card network rules.

7. Regulatory Filings

Government filing fees paid on your behalf to state or federal agencies are non-refundable regardless of outcome. These fees are collected at cost and passed through without markup.
