— Service Lines

Three tracks. Defined scope. No ambiguity.

Each service operates on a documented scope with explicit deliverables and written exclusions. You select the track that matches your filing—then review fees before any commitment.

Legal Administrative Support

Corporate Consulting

Review, preparation, and submission of administrative filings to US federal and state agencies. Deliverables: completed forms, submission receipts, status tracking through final clearance.

Wyoming-jurisdiction advisory on entity formation, registered agent requirements, and cross-border compliance obligations. Deliverables: written opinion, formation documents, regulatory checklist.

Coordination of judicial and government transaction procedures, including sequencing, disclosure drafting, and compliance verification. Deliverables: procedural roadmap, filed disclosures, confirmation records.

Exclusions: legal representation, court appearances, notarization. Overlap with Legal Administrative Support is disclosed in writing before filing.

Exclusions: attorney-client privilege, litigation support, witness coordination. Scope boundaries confirmed in the engagement letter prior to commencement.

Exclusions: tax advice, securities filings, ongoing registered agent service beyond initial term. All exclusions appear in the fee schedule before checkout.

+ Scope Integrity

Where a filing requires work across two tracks, we document the boundary in writing before any fee is charged. You receive a scope confirmation identifying which deliverables fall under which service line—no silent bundling.

Tracks stay distinct. Overlap is disclosed.

If your matter falls outside all three tracks, the initial consultation is provided at no charge and we confirm the limitation in writing. Wyoming jurisdiction specificity is a constraint, not a selling point—we apply it as a guardrail.

Every fee is published. Review it before you engage.
